As a makeup artist, that’s something that I live by. I devote my time to helping strong, powerful women – just like you, the goddess reading this – reflect all the beauty that lives inside them.
Nothing makes me happier than helping a bride showcase her radiance for her wedding day, helping powerful women look their best for their professional events, and helping women of color shine like the Queens that they are!
Fashion has always been a part of my life. My mother was a fashion professor, and I had an interest early on in color co-ordination, daring looks and helping people to look their best. That love of fashion soon met with my love of photography to lead me into a 10 year-long fashion photography business.
Makeup had always been one of my loves, but photography took front and center. It wasn’t until after moving back to my home Philadelphia that I realized I was too talented (and I was having too much fun!) to be doing it for free.
Fast forward 8 months after that, and I’m working on photoshoots, doing makeup on the set of huge films and lending my talents to brides on the most important days of their lives.
The exhilaration that I feel from completing a face to my client’s satisfaction is reflected in the quality of the work I produce. My specialty is MELANIN – frankly, I’m obsessed with it.
